TransMedia, the innovation leader in online media content and information management technology announces the appointment of Mr. Leonard Kriss to the positions of Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary. Mr. Kriss brings to TransMedia extensive experience in corporate and securities law, particularly in the areas of the Internet and e-commerce.

Leonard G. Kriss has been a corporate and securities lawyer for over twenty-five years specializing in the areas of mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance. Mr. Kriss most recently served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Onsite Access, Inc., an integrated provider of broadband data and voice telecommunications services in the United States and Canada. Prior to joining Onsite Access, Mr. Kriss served for approximately seven years as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Skytel Communications, Inc., a leading provider of advanced wireless messaging services in the United States and Latin America. Prior to his employment with Skytel, Mr. Kriss was a partner in the international law firm of Jones Day.
